Las Tunas.- The services they provide, the priority to the investment process and the promotion of electronic commerce distinguish between the projections that the Territorial Division of Etecsa has in Las Tunas for the current calendar.

In analysis of the work during 2022, it was learned that despite the complex economic scenario they grew compared to 2021.

Today, more than half of the people of Las Tunas have mobile lines, and more than 80% of the Popular Councils have at least one way to access the Internet, since one of their challenges has been to improve cell coverage in quiet areas and far from this territory. This was stated to the press by the Master of Science Nelson Reyes, director of the Etecsa Las Tunas Division.

In the province of Las Tunas, there is a commitment to increase the commercialization of products and services through the Transfermóvil and Enzona payment gateways, and although a large percentage of people from Las Tunas use these routes, their use must be increased in other organizations to be in tune with digital transformation and the process of computerization of society.

By 2023, ETECSA in Las Tunas will continue working on the deployment of broadband Internet access technologies, increasing the levels of connectivity for the institutional sector and individuals, as well as electronic commerce in the country, guaranteeing the expansion and high availability of the systems that support it.
